Turnpike Authority Wins Appeal in Open Meetings Case

The Oklahoma Supreme Court found that the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority did not violate the Open Meetings Act when the $5 billion ACCESS turnpike expansion plan was considered.

While it is a victory, work on the turnpike expansion won’t be able to proceed until the Turnpike Authority can access the bond markets again.
