Coburn: Under Obama, The Start Of ‘Anarchy’
Senator Tom Coburn, in a startling comment during a Tulsa meeting, said the Obama Administration has no respect for the law and is setting the nation up for anarchy.
Said Coburn, as quoted by the Tulsa World: “I’ve never seen less regard for the rule of law than in this administration,” he said. “Respect for the law is what holds this country together. This administration has set about to destroy that. … That’s how anarchy starts.”
Coburn’s remarks are especially damning given his close personal friendship with President Obama. Coburn, like others, has complained in the past about onerous regulations adopted by the administration, and, in particular, about its disdain for the law.
