New York City’s Michael Bloomberg continues to push his latest big brother program, the elimination of soft drinks over a certain size, in his war against obesity.
Appears to me it is a war against individual rights, liberty and the Constiution.
Bloomberg, a liberal whose attempts to regulate human behavior knows no bounds, likely has been best known for his anti-gun position. That was, however, before this latest “I Am Big Brother And I Know What’s Best For You” crusade.
Bloomberg’s arrogance is legendary, no doubt fueled by his financial success, which has propelled his political career. In his world, we peons would be handed dictates as to what we can eat and drink, whether we can smoke, whether we can drink alcohol…the Bloomberg list is endless. He is a tyrant, pure and simple. In the old days, folks had a remedy for his kind: Feathers and hot tar.
