U.S. Representative Frank Lucas took the opportunity on Monday to honor late Congressman Wes Watkins with a speech on the House floor.
Lucas outlined what led to Watkins running for public office and how he helped Oklahoma through tough economic times while serving in Congress.
Watkins passed way in late March at the age of 86 years-old.
