Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner Bob Anthony is questioning whether votes taken by the Corporation Commission would stand up in court, if challenged. He’s pointing to an ONG rate case on which Commissioner Todd Hiett voted.
Tulsa World’s Steve Metzer writes Anthony believes that due to allegations made against Hiett groping a person while at an energy conference in Minneapolis could lead to challenges. That’s because the alleged victim represents ONG in front of the Corporation Commission from time to time.
Anthony has called for Hiett to recuse himself from the vote.
An independent investigation is underway into the allegations against Hiett.
