Senator Ervin Yen is calling his medical marijuana regulation bill a work in progress. The Oklahoman’s Dale Denwalt writes Senate Bill 1120 narrowly escaped the Senate Health and Human Services Committee on Monday. Supporters of the upcoming medicinal marijuana vote, State Question 788, believe the bill is going in the wrong direction by threatening to punish doctors.

With the current crisis of drug deaths and the fact Drs. are part to blame with their associations with big drug companies , i cant put a lot of faith in his suggestions. Guess Big Pharma has made a sizable donation to his campaign. Perhaps he is part of the problem.
