Federal laws are going to give future holders of medical marijuana cards in Oklahoma who are gun owners or want to own guns a choice to make; pot or guns? The Oklahoman’s Randy Ellis writes because the Federal gun laws dictate that anyone who uses or is addicted to cannabis or any other illicit substance, they are banned from purchasing or owning a firearm. The incoming OSBI Director also said a medical marijuana card can hinder getting a firearm carry permit.

Seems like an easy choice to me, but I suppose the potheads out there will struggle with it. [I’m not talking about the people who genuinely need the product for serious medicinal needs.]
