Governor Kevin Stitt has finished his legislative work for the year by acting on the final bills sent to him by the Legislature. The Oklahoman’s Carmen Forman writes of the 535 bills sent to Stitt, he signed 514, vetoed 16 and allowed two measures to become law without his endorsement.
