Wednesday marked one year since voters approved State Question 788 paving the way for the medical marijuana industry in Oklahoma. The Tulsa World’s Samantha Vicent writes since SQ 788 passed, more than 3.5 percent of the state’s population has registered as cannabis patients putting Oklahoma near the top among 33 states with some form of medical cannabis program.
