Marlatt Ordered to Jail for Probation Violation

Former Senator Bryce Marlatt will spend 90 days in the Oklahoma County Jail for violating his probation. The Oklahoman’s Nolan Clay writes District Judge Heather Coyle chided Marlatt for driving drunk days after he was given probation in a plea agreement related to assaulting an Uber driver in 2017. Marlatt will begin his 90-days on August 12. His attorney told the judge the Woodward County drunk driving incident was a wake up call and he had sought treatment in Texas.
