Congresswoman Kendra Horn will host a “community conversation” on Thursday focused on the affordability of higher education. Horn has been involved with several Congressional measures to address student loan laws.
The panelists will include student loan borrowers, Oklahoma Senator Julia Kirk, University of Central Oklahoma Interim Vice President of Student Affairs Drew Duke, 2019 Oklahoma City Public Schools Teacher of the Year Dr. Christina Kirk and University of Oklahoma dental student Samirah Mohamad.
The community conversation will be held at the OSU-OKC City Student Center at 6:00 p.m. on August 29.
