Permitless Carry Petition Count on Hold Until OK Supreme Court Considers Challenge

It’ll be awhile before we’ll know how many voters signed a petition to keep the permitless carry law from going into effect and put the issue before voters next year. KWTV News 9’s Bonnie Campo reports the Secretary of State’s Office isn’t counting the signatures turned in on Thursday because it is awaiting a decision from the Oklahoma Supreme Court on a challenge filed by gun rights advocacy group OK2A.
