Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Commissioner Terri White is resigning from the position as of February 1.
NonDoc’s Tres Savage writes the long time commissioner made the announcement to Department staff in an email on Tuesday. She has served as Mental Health Commissioner since 2007 and was the state’s lead witness during last year’s trial against opioid manufacturers.
