Pinnell, Other Leaders Raise Concerns OCC Not Staffing Tulsa Office Properly

Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell, Tulsa Mayor G.T. Bynum, and Senators James Leewright, Joe Newhouse, Dave Rader and Gary Stanislawski are raising concerns that the Oklahoma Corporation Commission is not staffing the Tulsa office properly, causing disruption to area business.

OK Energy Today reports Pinnell and the others sent a letter to the Corporation Commission on July 8 saying that the footprint of Tulsa’s oil and gas community may shrink if they don’t have access to regulators to resolve disputes and issues.
