During Thursday’s House Financial Services Committee hearing, Congressman Frank Lucas asked megabank leaders about how inflation and proposed tax increases would impact the economy.
Lucas is concerned that the U.S. might be going through an inflationary period which could disrupt farmers and small businesses.
He also noted that a proposed global corporate tax is raising issues with America’s competitiveness oversees.
