Legislators Raise Concerns about OMMA

While generally supportive of the appointment of Adria Berry as the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority’s latest executive director, some lawmakers are raising concerns about the regulatory agency.

Tulsa World’s Samantha Vicent writes some lawmakers believe OMMA should be a stand alone agency, and that overburdensome regulations could come at the hands of well-intended attempts to curb illegal activity.
