The Biden Administration has filed a brief in response to Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor’s federal lawsuit against the COVID-19 vaccination mandate for the Oklahoma National Guard, showing that the wrong executive order was cited.
The Oklahoman’s Chris Casteel writes O’Connor’s lawsuit challenges the Biden executive order for federal employees to be vaccinated, not the order which applies to the military.
O’Connor filed the lawsuit on December 2, 2021, asking for a preliminary injunction against the mandate.
