Stitt Signs “Save Women’s Sports” Act

Senate Bill 2, which had stalled during the previous legislative session, has now been signed into law by Governor Kevin Stitt. The “Save Women’s Sports” Act mandates a student-athlete can only play in the sports associated with their gender assigned at birth.

The Oklahoman’s Ben Felder writes LGBTQ+ advocates and the ACLU Oklahoma are pushing back on the law.
