In light of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ recent announcement that the U.S. expects an increase in an already high number of people crossing the Southern Border, U.S. Senator James Lankford continued criticizing a lack of action to secure the border.
Lankford was interviewed this week of Fox Business’ Mornings with Maria. During that interview he says in talking with Central American leaders, they believe the current handling of the Southern Border by the U.S. is encouraging their best workers to leave.
Lankford is scheduled for another visit to the border on Friday.
