State Superintendent candidates Republican Ryan Walters and Democrat Jena Nelson faced off Tuesday evening during a televised debate held by KOKH Fox 25.
The one hour debate featured several barbs between the two candidates. At one point, Walters accused Nelson of spreading lies which impacted his daughter at school. Nelson responded by saying lying is not in her nature.
