Governor Kevin Stitt will hold a ceremonial bill signing on a ranch outside of Catoosa Friday morning to commemorate the drought relief program in which the Legislature infused $20 million during its recent special session.
Stitt will also receive a donation of beef from the Cattlemen’s Association to pay off the bet he made over the OU-Texas football game this year with Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
