House Takes Up Stitt Education Plan

In a public display of support for Governor Kevin Stitt’s proposed $800 million education funding plan, the Oklahoma House Wednesday took roll call votes to approve bills which had Stitt’s proposed plan language inserted.

Tulsa World’s Randy Krehbiel writes SB 561 is tied to the final passage of House Bill 1935 and House Bill 2775.

Senate President Pro Tem Greg Treat said that the measures won’t pass the Senate.
