Until there is evidence that State Superintendent of Public Instruction Ryan Walters has committed a crime, House Speaker Charles McCall says his impeachment is highly unlikely.
Tulsa World’s Barbara Hoberock writes that McCall won’t move forward on a request from House Democrats to begin impeachment proceedings “until an allegation is put forth that is criminal in nature.”
