Challenge Cancels Signature Gathering Date for Minimum Wage State Question

The State Chamber has filed a petition for a rehearing of a legal challenge to the initiative petition asking voters to put a state question on the ballot to raise the minimum wage in Oklahoma.

The Raise the Wage Oklahoma organization is asking the Supreme Court to clarify as soon as possible the date it can begin collecting signatures.
