U.S. Senator James Lankford is the co-chair and co-founder of the Senate Bipartisan Trask Force for Combatting Antisemitism and sounded off on his support of the recent U.S. House action to pass the Antisemitism Awareness Act.
In a Senate floor speech on Thursday, Lankford called out recent online myths about the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition. Many supporters of increased action against antisemitism are encouraging the Biden Administration to adopt the IHRA definition.
During his speech, Lankford pointed out that antisemitism is on the rise in the U.S.
