Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector Cindy Byrd released a long awaited audit of the Tulsa Public School District on Wednesday. It found that a lack of internal controls opened the door for the misappropriation of funds.
Governor Kevin Stitt called for possible charges related to some of the misspent funds.
