Chris Apel has throw his hat into the ring for the Republican nomination for the Oklahoma Senate District 24 seat. Current SD 24 Senator Darrell Weaver is running for Lieutenant Governor in 2026 leaving the seat open.
Apel is a small business owner. He’s declared himself as a 2nd Amendment and pro-life advocate.
So far, Apel will be facing Erin Morrison for the Republican nomination.
A candidate from another party has yet to file for the race.
