Hodges Announces Campaign for House District 12

Wagoner County Assessor Sandy Hodges has launched her campaign for Oklahoma House District 12. That office is currently held by Representative Mark Chapman, who was first elected in 2024.

Hodges said she wants to bring her record of accountability and constitutional principles to the state level. “Wagoner County citizens know me from my 15 years of service as County Assessor, where I worked to ensure fair and equitable appraisals for every property,” she said. “I believe in personal liberties, fiscal restraint, and accountability for all citizens.”

House District 12 covers portions of Wagoner County, including Broken Arrow, Coweta, and Porter. In addition to her tenure as County Assessor, Hodges has served as a delegate to the Republican National Convention in 2016, 2020, and 2024, chaired the Wagoner County GOP, and worked as a high school instructor in public and private schools for 17 years.
