The Jon Echols campaign says it has raised $1.35 million so far in the race for Oklahoma Attorney General, after reporting $650,553.45 raised in its first quarter.
“We have run this campaign on the message of creating a safer, freer, and stronger Oklahoma,” Echols said. “I have focused on laying out my conservative track record and standing strong as the law enforcement candidate in this race. That message has resonated with the people of Oklahoma and is why we are winning this race.”
The campaign also said Echols has “as much cash on hand as his nearest opponent has raised,” and pointed to endorsements it says include more than 50 Oklahoma sheriffs, CPAC, and the Oklahoma Fraternal Order of Police.
“Jon’s support across this state is unprecedented,” campaign manager Isaac Hadam said. “Jon’s proven track record of conservative leadership speaks for itself, and the unmatched grassroots support, combined with historically strong fundraising numbers, are proof of that.”
