Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner Todd Hiett is accused of groping a man during a June conference in Minnesota.
The Oklahoman’s Nolan Clay writes documents obtained by the newspaper have two witness accounts made to the Kansas Corporation Commission.
The incident appears to have happened in a hotel lobby bar.
Hiett has admitted to being intoxicated.
