Governor Kevin Stitt has appointed Rainey Williams to serve on the University of Oklahoma Board of Regents. Williams is the president of Marco Holding Corporation and currently serves as the chair of the University Hospitals Authority and Trust and the chair of OU Health, Inc.

“Rainey Williams is a respected leader with a heart for service and a sharp eye for smart investments,” said Stitt. “His business experience, combined with his longstanding commitment to education and public health, makes him a natural fit to help guide the University of Oklahoma into its next chapter.”

Williams also serves as the chair of the Presbyterian Health Foundation’s Investment Committee. He is the lead independent director for BancFirst Corporation and has held several board positions.

“I’m honored by the opportunity to serve on the OU Board of Regents and support the university’s mission of academic excellence, innovation, and public impact,” said Williams. “OU plays a vital role in shaping our state’s future, and I’m grateful to Governor Stitt for the trust he’s placed in me.”
