Former Bixby Superintendent Rob Miller is pulling out of the Republican nomination race in the State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
Tulsa World’s Linzy Krehbiel-Burton writes Miller is citing his wife’s recent death as the reason why he is withdrawing from the campaign.
