Edmond Police took Oklahoma Secretary of State Ben Lepak into custody for suspicion of public intoxication.
The Oklahoman’s Alexia Aston and Alex Gladden write a police report says that Lepak was arrested at a McDonald’s drive through window on Friday night.
A spokesperson told The Oklahoman that Lepak will address the ticket through the legal process.
