Republican gubernatorial candidate Gary Richardson challenged the Legislature’s decision to place a fee on electric car and hybrid cars in Oklahoma. The Tulsa World reports the Oklahoma Supreme Court sided with Richardson on the unconstitutionality of the fee in its decision rendered Tuesday.
