The State Department of Health’s financial woes have ballooned to at least $30 million dollars amid a developing scandal and the resignation of several top officials. The Oklahoman’s Brianna Bailey writes that interim Health Commissioner Preston Doerflinger held a meeting with Department workers and assured them an investigation is underway to root out the financial mismanagement.
