Boles, Eastman Move to General Election for Corporation Commissioner Race

State Representative Brad Boles defeated Justin Hornback for the Republican nomination in the Corporation Commissioner race. Boles took in 55.27% of the primary vote. Hornbeck had 44.73%.

“Thank you, Oklahoma! I am honored and humbled by your support in tonight’s Republican primary.

“As your Republican nominee for Corporation Commissioner, I am excited to deliver our commonsense message to all of Oklahoma—protecting ratepayers, supporting Oklahoma energy jobs, and ensuring Oklahoma remains a national leader in energy production, economic development, and job creation,” Boles posted to his Facebook page after the race was declared.

Boles will face Democrat Rhonda Eastman. She handily won the Democratic nomination with 70% of the vote in a three-person race. Harold Spradling had 20.09%. While Donald Anthony Clytus received 9.91% of the vote.

“I am so humbled by the support I received in this state. Words can not express my gratitude,” said Eastman.
