U. S. Chamber Endorses Douglas

The U. S. Chamber of Commerce today endorsed Corporation Commissioner Patrice Douglas in her Republican runoff contest with former Senator Steve Russell for the 5th District seat in Congress.

The endorsement came at a news conference held at U. S. Fleet Tracking in Oklahoma City.

Douglas, the former mayor of Edmond, has won other endorsements, as has Russell.

Russell finished first in the primary with Douglas following by about 1,100 votes.

Obviously what Patrice Douglas is trying to sell publicly is not the same assurances she is giving behind closed doors. The US Chamber is a MAJOR PROPONENT of Common Core. First she’s endorsed by General Baxter who tried to sue the state to put back in Common Core, now the US Chamber? Patrice Douglas, you are known by the company you keep, and this says it all!

Well, we now know the type of negative campaign her manager is going to run.

What we also need to know are the specifics and proof of her TV ad claiming to have saved us millions of dollars from a phone scam or some other nebulous issue created by Obama.

    Show us the money.
