The GRDA stinks all the way from Miami, down Grand River, up the North Canadian River, into Bricktown. It has a pathetic reputation of incompetence and wasteful spending (e.g. Bricktown corporate office).
It is a perfect example of a wonderful concept corrupted by greedy politicians. If it wasn’t for their personal agendas, GRDA could run just fine by itself.
