A bill allowing Oklahomans with a license to carry a concealed firearm to carry openly if they prefer has passed the House.
The bill now goes to the Senate for consideration.
As a concealed permit holder I am glad to see this bill come forward. I will still carry concealed but if needed I could carry openly.
