Governor Vetoes Vaccination Bill

Governor Fallin vetoed a bill Friday that she felt could lead to fewer vaccinations in the state at a time when vaccinations are below the national average according to The Oklahoman’s Rick Green. House Bill 3016 would have required doctors to provide parents with written material about the vaccinations before the children receive them.

    Transparency is not allowed to parents who are making vaccination decisions in Oklahoma. Gov. Fallin appears to believe that if consumers are aware of the ingredients of the vaccines they will be less inclined to vaccinate. What would make her think that???
