A “Medicaid Matters” rally was held at the state Capitol Tuesday in hopes the Legislature would find a funding solution instead of cutting the program managed by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority. The Oklahoman’s Jaclyn Cosgrove writes many of those at the rally aired concerns about losing ground with their developmentally challenged children if Medicaid is cut by lawmakers.
