The Retail Liquor Association of Oklahoma filed a lawsuit asking a judge to stop a grocery store beer and wine measure from being placed on the November Ballot. The Oklahoman’s Randy Ellis reports the group is claiming State Question 792 is unconstitutional because it doesn’t treat grocery stories and liquor stores on the same way.
