All indications point to Ralph Shortey stepping down as Senator. The Oklahoman‘s Nolan Clay writes Shortey’s attorney has advised him to resign his position as he deals with three felony charges related to underage prostitution. The FBI and the Secret Service also have become involved in the investigation.
