Senator Bryce Marlatt Tuesday resigned his senate seat in light of sexual battery charges levelled against him last week. The Oklahoman’s Kyle Schwab writes Marlatt also was processed and released at the Oklahoma County Jail and then arraigned by an Oklahoma County judge. Marlatt was accused of grabbing and kissing a female Uber driver in June.
