Rep. John Paul Jordan has introduced legislation to reverse a Department of Human Services rule which charges a three percent fee on child support payments collected by the agency. The Oklahoman’s Dale Denwalt writes that Jordan acknowledges the bill might not be heard in special session, but constituents are asking for the issue to be addressed.
