The State Chamber of Oklahoma launched its OK2030 plan last week. It outlines reforms which would help make Oklahoma more attractive to businesses to locate and stay. The Tulsa World’s Barbara Hoberock writes legislators are being asked to take a look at the Chamber’s plan as they begin to formulate a way to provide long term stability to the state budget process.
