When crafting her next budget proposal Governor Fallin will start with the assumption that lawmakers will have $6.9 billion to craft the next state budget. The Tulsa World’s Barbara Hoberock writes it is still unclear how big the budget hole will be when legislators begin working on the next fiscal year’s budget.
