Pruitt’s Superfund Advisor Appointment Banned from Banking

Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt recently appointed his friend, Albert Kelly to advise him on the Superfund for cleaning up major contaminated sites. The Intercept‘s Sharon Lerner writes Kelly also was recently banned from banking by the FDIC about the same time he was appointed by Pruitt.
