Doerflinger Accused of Choking Ex-Wife, Tulsa PD Refuses to Release 911 Audio

The Frontier is reporting Tulsa Police officers responded to domestic violence calls to Interim State Health Commissioner Preston Doerflinger’s home in 2012. The Frontier’s Dylan Goforth also writes the Tulsa Police Department is refusing to release the audio from the 9-1-1 calls related to incidents without citing why they are exempted from the Oklahoma Open Records Act. Doerflinger’s now ex-wife told police he choked her twice during an argument over a mistress.
