OIPA’s Wigley Arrested for Allegedly Driving While Drunk

The president of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association was nabbed in Oklahoma City for allegedly driving while drunk. Wigley has been a prominent “political” figure lately as a possible vote on raising gross production taxes oil and gas makes its way toward the ballot. OIPA is against raising GPT to seven percent on all wells.
